Absolutely love this food. My dog has many allergies, making it hard to find an affordable option, especially post-Brexit (I previously imported a German brand). The staff have been incredibly helpful in discussing ingredients to ensure it’s safe for my dog. They also exchanged wet food when my dog didn’t like one flavor. The loyalty program is a fantastic bonus! The only reason I rated it slightly lower is due to a couple of instances where I ran out of food because of uncommunicated stock levels or delivery issues.
