A very satisfied owner and Frenchie. Just finished the first three months of the All-Day Buffet, and he still can't get enough. I still feed him cooked beef and boiled chicken, and I'm not experiencing the issues we had before with itchy skin and loose stools, which suggests it was related to the various brands I tried before starting with the service. It has truly been a game changer.
One of my dogs struggled severely with allergic skin issues and recurring ear problems. We were constantly at the vet, dealing with cracked and damaged ear tips due to head shaking. After trying various rare protein elimination diets, I was recommended this service, and it has definitely made a difference. She can only eat this kibble and white ocean fish—anything else triggers a flare-up. Moreover, the service and delivery times are consistently excellent, and regular rewards as a subscriber are a nice touch. A much happier Rhodesian Ridgeback now loves it. Even my non-allergic dog enjoys it so much that I had to switch her to it as well!
Absolutely love this food. My dog has many allergies, making it hard to find an affordable option, especially post-Brexit (I previously imported a German brand). The staff have been incredibly helpful in discussing ingredients to ensure it’s safe for my dog. They also exchanged wet food when my dog didn’t like one flavor. The loyalty program is a fantastic bonus! The only reason I rated it slightly lower is due to a couple of instances where I ran out of food because of uncommunicated stock levels or delivery issues.
