I used to scroll past anything that said “gut health” because I thought it was just another wellness trend. But this course totally proved me wrong. Somehow I ended up loving the process of chopping veggies and waiting for them to bubble. It felt like science class but actually useful.The best part? I finally stopped feeling like I needed a nap after every meal. My digestion is smoother, and I’ve actually started craving real food instead of junk. Never thought I’d say this but fermented carrots are now my favorite snack.
What surprised me most about the course was how much calmer and more balanced I feel. I started for the gut health part, but as soon as I worked on my digestion and added these simple habits, 1 noticed my mood improving as well. Less bloating, less stress, and a much better connection with my body, this program was such a gift.
I have to admit, I only joined the Gut Health and Fermentation course because my girlfriend convinced me to give it a try. Before that, my diet was full of fast food and I didn’t think much about how it was affecting me.What surprised me most was how easy the small changes from the course were to put into practice. I still enjoy a treat here and there, but now I eat in a much more balanced way and the results speak for themselves. My skin has cleared up, I don’t feel bloated all the time anymore, and I finally understand what my body needs. Honestly, I’m so glad she talked me into it!
After doing Sare’s gut and hormonal health course, I feel like I have a degree in nutrition and women’s health 😂. There was SO much value and knowledge packed in, and what’s even better is that it’s actually working! I implemented a lot in the action parts and I keep doing the course over and over again and every time I do so I learn something new about me, my body and cyclical nature. I kind of learned how to feed my gut right to nourish the gut garden. Thank you so much and I would recommend this to anyone 😊
Enjoyed it very muchI honestly just signed up to support my partner who’s really into gut health. I didn’t think it would interest me much, but I was completely wrong. The course is super clear, and it made me realize how much I didn’t know about my own body.The best part is how practical everything is. I’ve started making my own ferments and actually look forward to it. I feel way less heavy after meals, and my focus has improved too. It’s a great intro if you’re new to this but want real results.

I had heard a lot about gut health but I was overwhelmed by all the information I found online. Having one place with all the info I need, structured in a way that gives me confidence and provides clear action steps as to how I can improve my gut health has really been super helpful. I feel better, more in control of my health, and notice big changes in my mental health too.
The (online) Gut health and fermentation course of Moritz gave me very valuable insights. It deepened my understanding of gut health and its interconnection to the rest of the body. Ever since I took this course, I’ve been eating more consciously, making my own kimchi and am seeing my skin glow up (whilst having lots of history with eczema).
