After doing Sare’s gut and hormonal health course, I feel like I have a degree in nutrition and women’s health 😂. There was SO much value and knowledge packed in, and what’s even better is that it’s actually working! I implemented a lot in the action parts and I keep doing the course over and over again and every time I do so I learn something new about me, my body and cyclical nature.
