I really enjoyed the Gut Health and Fermentation Masterclass. It was super inspiring and helped me learn so much about gut health and the power of fermented foods.The class made me even more excited about fermentation, and now I want to spread the word in my country, Georgia, where we also have a strong tradition of fermenting.I really hope Moritz can visit Georgia one day—I would love to host him and show him our local food culture.
