Terrible experience. Ordered hair colour which was in stock. Apparently dispatched by the company. The delivery service texted me saying delivery failed. No reason given. They hadn't tried to deliver it, as my video doorbell didn't pick up any delivery people. I had to chase it with the company. They had no idea why I didn't get my delivery and no way of contacting their own delivery service. They said would find out after 72 hours. After more than 72 hrs I emailed them again chasing up. They said they would refund my money. Again without telling me what the delay was. This is around 2 weeks after I ordered. Waste of time and effort. Will never order from them again. Many good companies out there. Save your energy and time and order from someone else.
