I placed an order with My Hair and Beauty over a month ago and I still haven’t received my package. The estimated delivery time has long passed, and I have not been given any clear explanation for the delay.
I have tried contacting customer service, but the responses are either very slow or unhelpful. I still don’t know where my order is or when (or if) it will arrive. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for items and then be left waiting with no proper communication.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

My parcel never arrived, and after emailing customer services in regards to the issue, their response was that they refuse to give a refund or a reshipment of the item, and considered the matter 'closed' without investing the situation. The team are rude and dismissive, and lack any sort of respect for their customers. As a result of their poor behaviour and refusal of reshipment (I never asked for a refund) the theft of both the parcel and the monies taken by My Hair and Beauty have been appropriately reported to the relevant services and they will be investigated for both theft and the inability to uphold the consumer rights act of 2015. Please save your money and find another site to purchase your items. Ideally a company who wont steal from you and scam you
I ordered several tubes of Wella Koleston black hair dyes from this supplier on 8th November 2025 and received them about a week later. Upon checking the codes after my hair faded to a horrible brown, after just three washes, I noticed the tubes were manufactured on 9th November 2022. This means they had already passed their three-year shelf life by the time they arrived.Selling hair dye that is past its shelf life is unacceptable and should not have been sold. Customers rely on these products to colour their hair properly, and these dyes did not perform as expected. I would not recommend buying hair dye from this company – cheaper for a reason.Customers should not have to uncover this themselves by checking batch codes after the colour fails. This is extremely poor practice. I have since reported this matter to the relevant consumer protection bodies.This review reflects my personal experience and is based on the facts of the order, batch codes, and product performance.
