I ordered ornaments on November 22nd. I received notification on November 28th that they had shipped. I kept checking the tracking and the last update was from December 8th. I reached out out to the company multiple times, who kept telling me that the items were shipped and they had no control over customs inspections. I asked them multiple times to just cancel the order and send me a refund. Finally, on January 22nd, they confirmed that my package was lost. They offered to send me a new product if I would pay another $8.99 for restocking and logistical fees. Yes, you read that correctly. They asked me to pay more to have the items I purchased delivered to me. Total SCAM. I eventually gave up and just disputed the charge with my credit card company.
