I ordered a romantic flower item on 1/27, and the original estimated completion date was 2/27. After waiting an entire month, I went back on 2/27 expecting to see that it had shipped—only to find that the estimate was suddenly pushed back to 3/6 and the order was still marked as “processing/in production.”
That is completely unacceptable. Waiting a full month just to be given another estimated date makes no sense, especially when the product description says production takes 3–5 business days before shipping.
To make things worse, when I requested a refund due to the delay, I wasn’t even given a full refund because of a fee. Charging a fee for an item that is still supposedly “in production” is ridiculous and unfair.
This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I’m not an international customer, so there’s no excuse for this level of delay. I was counting on this order for a special occasion and ended up wasting time and money. I would not recommend this store.

I was excited to give a custom cd for my boyfriend’s birthday however, when I opened the package the cd case was broken on both sides and part of the cd has a scratch. It is hard to open the case without breaking it further so that’s disappointing for paying what I did for it. Might have been the delivery service at fault, but I probably wouldn’t order something from here again.
Super great the employees are super sweet and definitely care about getting the product to you. Came honestly faster than expected in great condition!! Would definitely recommend! Haven’t listened to the cd yet but as far as the outside it looks PERFECT!
I ordered ornaments on November 22nd. I received notification on November 28th that they had shipped. I kept checking the tracking and the last update was from December 8th. I reached out out to the company multiple times, who kept telling me that the items were shipped and they had no control over customs inspections. I asked them multiple times to just cancel the order and send me a refund. Finally, on January 22nd, they confirmed that my package was lost. They offered to send me a new product if I would pay another $8.99 for restocking and logistical fees. Yes, you read that correctly. They asked me to pay more to have the items I purchased delivered to me. Total SCAM. I eventually gave up and just disputed the charge with my credit card company.
I placed my order on 12/6/2025 for the holographic image of my dog. I had seen an ad for this and thought it'd be the perfect Christmas present for my family. Our dog passed away at the age of 11 on 6/1/19.I received the physical order today, 1/2/2026. About 2 1/2 weeks prior I got an email with the animated image of my dog with angel wings and a halo and a person hand came into view to pet Boss. Loved it. It was 10 seconds long. About a week after that (almost Christmas eve) I got another email with an animated image of Boss. Same thing just without the hand petting him and a toy. This was 20 seconds long. Loved it. Today I got the package. I had to take the protective film off of the front and back of 7 individual sides of the box plus the reflective insert which took over an hour and a half to do. It did come with a square piece of artificial grass, which was cute and a mini toy ($2.99 extra). My son said it looked like a cactus.. I personally couldn't tell what kind of dog toy it was but that's ok. I had to build the box (which was very difficult). It was during this process when I realized that the only time I'd be able to look at the hologram is when my phone is directly on top of the box. And when it's dark or else u can't see the image at all. I did get the stairway to heaven background but have no idea how it's supposed to fit in the box because it's so long and too wide. It's a beautiful background but how it's supposed to fit in the box or even on the outside (I suppose I could tape it 🫤 )After all of that, needless to say I have an empty acrylic box and the only time anyone can enjoy it is when my phone is on top ... Definitely not what I thought I spend +$50 on.
Ordered a product from this company and arrived all damaged, got in touch with a lovely lady called Vicky who sorted out a replacement straight away no hassle, they could not apologise enough, product arrived couple of days later, we are over the moon, First class service all the way, definatley will be recommending to friends and family and will be back to purchase again. Well done
I purchased a pet hologram from this site and was extremely disappointed. The item arrived late and was a gift. Nowhere on the site does it mention the need for a smartphone and my recipient does not own a smartphone. The box would not go together. It looked nothing like our dog. I was offered a refund only for them to bait and switch then offer me three different refund amounts nowhere sufficient for my original cost. I have five or six emails that support all of these facts. I will be contacting consumer agencies as this is a company that doesn’t stand behind customer satisfaction.
