I ordered a romantic flower item on 1/27, and the original estimated completion date was 2/27. After waiting an entire month, I went back on 2/27 expecting to see that it had shipped—only to find that the estimate was suddenly pushed back to 3/6 and the order was still marked as “processing/in production.”
That is completely unacceptable. Waiting a full month just to be given another estimated date makes no sense, especially when the product description says production takes 3–5 business days before shipping.
To make things worse, when I requested a refund due to the delay, I wasn’t even given a full refund because of a fee. Charging a fee for an item that is still supposedly “in production” is ridiculous and unfair.
This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I’m not an international customer, so there’s no excuse for this level of delay. I was counting on this order for a special occasion and ended up wasting time and money. I would not recommend this store.
