My potassium level was reported as dangerously high, leading to an urgent recommendation to visit A&E, which I did. The follow-up test showed normal levels, indicating that the initial results were incorrect. Rather than investigating the potential mishandling of my sample, they asked me for 'proof' of my hospital visit. They also reported a dangerously low glucose level, but other tests were normal. Despite my request for a refund for the inaccurate tests, I received no compassion or acknowledgment of their mistake. They clearly prioritize profit over patient care, which is unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not return.
