I cannot recommend this clinic. I spent over £20,000 on dental procedures at their locations in Fulham and Wimpole Street after being told I needed fewer implants than I was quoted elsewhere. Shortly after the treatment, the implants kept falling out, despite several visits for adjustments. I am now involved in a legal dispute, and the dental problems are still not resolved. Additionally, I found out I had been charged £25 monthly for a membership for almost two years after I stopped attending. A refund was promised but has yet to be received. This has been a very distressing situation and has completely shattered my trust.

Since then, I've contacted the support team twice, and they assured me that the weight loss team would reach out to me. The last representative mentioned I would hear back in '10 minutes,' but that was several days ago. After paying £59, all I've experienced is this frustrating runaround with no real assistance!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I had to express my frustration with the actions of the clinic. I had a blood test done last week, and it took six days to get the results. My potassium level was reported as dangerously high, leading to an urgent recommendation to visit A&E, which I did. The follow-up test showed normal levels, indicating that the initial results were incorrect. Rather than investigating the potential mishandling of my sample, they asked me for 'proof' of my hospital visit. They also reported a dangerously low glucose level, but other tests were normal. Despite my request for a refund for the inaccurate tests, I received no compassion or acknowledgment of their mistake. They clearly prioritize profit over patient care, which is unacceptable. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I will not return.
Dr. Kailash Mylvahan. and the whole staff is simply amazing. From the pleasant operators on the phone, to a safe and calm medical and dental facilities. I'm in awe on how much every secretary, doctor or other staff is after one thing = making the patient feel great, happy and healthy. By far the best clinics in London. As a patient with severe chronic medical conditions, I feel cool as acucumber when I'm there and can't give enough praise!
Randox Everywoman review booked with MHC GP. Talked me through the results which I already understood as a fellow HCP. Offered no advice on medication, supplementation or lifestyle intervention.Advised to re-run some of the tests with my GP, however I have come to Randox because it’s impossible to get any service from my GP. It’s only fellow Drs that still believe there is an NHS health service the rest of us know it is broken.
