I reported a non-delivery for my order. Even though the tracking indicated it was delivered, the package is not at my address. I checked everywhere, including the mailbox and with neighbors. Another delivery I received the same day arrived without issues. The support team responded quickly, asked me to reach out to the courier, and provided a non-delivery affidavit, which I completed and returned. They’ve initiated a claim with the courier and confirmed they will resend once the investigation concludes, with a tracking link to follow. I requested the replacement be sent via a reliable courier with signed delivery. So far, communication has been polite and responsive. I'm still waiting for the replacement to be sent. I will update this review once the new package arrives.
