No response from supplier. Waited over 10days before product shipped and now its been another 10 days and still nowhere near me. I dont have high expectations anymore. UPDATE: Received my bracelet and it's as fake as they get. There's supposed to be a reddish orange tint to the stone and my bracelet arrived chipped and there is no color to the stone, grey thru n thru = Fake. Don't waste your money.
I had ordered the item on january 21 , 2026, today february 21st , still i didnt recieve the items, i received and email after sending email to them like this, so it means your are cheated, you are not going to get the item which is ordered, in UAE small amount items are getting door delivered. wearhmys is telling i need to go and collect from there whare house.

I ordered a bracelet from a seller in October and received it in December. Communication during this period was poor; I had little information about my order status despite reaching out for updates. I reported a non-delivery for my order. Even though the tracking indicated it was delivered, the package is not at my address. I checked everywhere, including the mailbox and with neighbors. Another delivery I received the same day arrived without issues. The support team responded quickly, asked me to reach out to the courier, and provided a non-delivery affidavit, which I completed and returned. They’ve initiated a claim with the courier and confirmed they will resend once the investigation concludes, with a tracking link to follow. I requested the replacement be sent via a reliable courier with signed delivery. So far, communication has been polite and responsive. I'm still waiting for the replacement to be sent. I will update this review once the new package arrives.
Avoid ordering from this seller. I placed my order over three weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. Customer service sent a brief email stating there are delays. Their support is unhelpful. I am now trying to get a refund, but I doubt I will see my money again.

Customer service is only reachable via email, and their responses are evasive, asking for pictures of what I received and a screenshot of my order receipt, which I provided promptly. I'm still getting vague responses. Do not purchase this product. I feel scammed and have wasted time trying to resolve this issue.
