I ordered a buy one get one deal for the holidays but only received one bracelet. Customer service is only reachable via email, and their responses are evasive, asking for pictures of what I received and a screenshot of my order receipt, which I provided promptly. I'm still getting vague responses. Do not purchase this product. I feel scammed and have wasted time trying to resolve this issue.
