ordered a bracelet from Hermio’s in October and didn’t receive it until December. Communication throughout was very poor — I had little to no information about when or where my order was, despite chasing for updates.Overall, I’m really disappointed with the service. When the bracelet finally arrived, it looked cheap and definitely not worth the £28 price tag. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order again.

Do NOT buy

Do NOT buy, they take your money and you don’t receive anything. Immediately you get an Evri “we’re expecting your parcel” then nothing and no tracking information. SCAM !!!!! don’t waste your money 🤬

Ordered in August 2025, had to contact the company since it arrived weeks after. Absolutely nothing positive, no effect...SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!
