We purchased a Henry Quick Pet Cordless and after a few months the the motorised head become faulty so we got onto My Henry (Numatic) and they asked for a short clip of the fault and they had a new head dispatched to me in no time!
Would highly recommend them anyway as we have a good old corded Henry that I’ve owned for years to do the big messy and dusty jobs and it’s never once let me down!
I purchased the cordless Henry Quick Pet from a well known high street retailer but that didn’t make no difference, they took my serial number and went from there.
