We purchased a Henry Quick Pet Cordless and after a few months the the motorised head become faulty so we got onto My Henry (Numatic) and they asked for a short clip of the fault and they had a new head dispatched to me in no time!
Would highly recommend them anyway as we have a good old corded Henry that I’ve owned for years to do the big messy and dusty jobs and it’s never once let me down!
I purchased the cordless Henry Quick Pet from a well known high street retailer but that didn’t make no difference, they took my serial number and went from there.

This product is made extremely well. It’s strong and sturdy and hence why is a little heavier than your normal cordless vacuum but still easy to push.
The suction power is amazing and leaves my floors clean whether on hard wood or carpet.
Absolutely worth every penny.
Have always owned Henry hoovers as they are the best , so was so excited when they bough out this cordless model . I will use both still
, but this is great for stairs and under sofas and beds and of course all floors .
Finally, a version that doesn’t judge my floor. I got a medium plush toy and honestly… it’s the best I’ve ever had. It’s silent, doesn’t get stuck in corners, and hasn’t tried to swallow a sock even once. It’s incredibly soft, always has a smile (unlike me during cleaning), and now sits on the sofa providing emotional support instead of suction. The quality is excellent, the face is perfect, and it brings joy without needing any electricity. 10/10. I’d swap my real one for this if dust could just learn to respect the vibes.
Who can resist a Henry? Honestly, ‘Googly eyes’ enhance everything, but let’s be clear: Henry has a face, not googly eyes. I was initially drawn to the brand and its vibrant colors, but what truly caught my attention was the bag/filter that can be disposed of and replaced easily and cleanly. I've been using my Henry for about 4 weeks now. My only drawback is that it’s a bit heavier than a typical model, but it’s still manageable, plus it features a headlight! The pods serve as pleasant air fresheners, it performs well, the battery life is satisfactory, and when it's full, disposal is a simple pump action with no sneezing involved, followed by a quick moment to insert a new ‘bag’. No filters to clean or replace.
I set it up right out of the box and used it. While it picked up some pet hair, it seemed to leave just as much in the carpet. I've been trying to remove it since. I believe I'll get used to it, but at this point, I'm not very pleased.
