Really bad and disappointing service. I bought a headphone costed 100 euro from OTTO and sent by Hermes. From its website, it indicated that my package had been delivered at 16.42, I went to check it at 16.51, and it turned out NOTHING. I didn't receive any package, neither saw any single courier came. I checked with my neighbours, and no one received any by mistake. I am 100% sure that they didn't deliver my package as indicated since I was in my apartment whole day and checked the website to track my package regularly. I contacted the customer service twice and the answers were totally the same word by word refusing take any resoonsibilities. I was really disappointed realizing that how ridiculous and shameful this issue occured to such a big expedition company. I won't ever use their service again.
