It has been 2years that I have been working as a support worker and now as a key worker for My Homecare Supported Living, under the intelligent Leadership of David, the CEO. It has been a loving and deeply satisfying experience for me. The organizational culture of the company has set a very high standard that other companies should follow. It's no surprise the company is amongst the top 20 care groups in the Northeast of England, a record it has held since I was employed. During my time with the company, I have formed meaningful connections with the lovely residents I have worked with and still working with.
