I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by My Home Move Conveyancing and Premier Property Lawyers.
Despite raising multiple formal written complaints to both Premier Property Lawyers and specifically My Home Move Conveyancing, no meaningful action has been taken at any stage.
There have been repeated delays in sharing critical information. For example, responses to enquiries from the seller’s solicitor were received but not promptly shared with me or uploaded to the portal, causing unnecessary delays and uncertainty.
In addition, my source of funds checks have been left outstanding since the very beginning of the process, with no clear progress or proactive follow-up.
My assigned solicitor has failed to manage the process with the urgency and diligence expected. Calls are not answered, and despite leaving numerous voicemails, I have received no responses.
Overall, the lack of communication, ownership, and basic client care has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
