My experience with the service has been extremely disappointing. The company relies heavily on an online platform, which is acceptable to a degree, but I often needed to contact my conveyancer directly. Unfortunately, my emails went unanswered, leading to frustrating follow-up calls. I was given a contact number for my case handler, but I could never reach her directly. My calls were frequently answered by others who promised to relay my message, or I was sent to voicemail. It often took 24 to 48 hours to receive a callback. Furthermore, when I emailed questions to be forwarded to our vendor, they were not communicated until I followed up 10 days later. In short, my emails were ignored until I called again, and I couldn't connect with my case handler without repeated attempts. Our purchase ultimately fell through, which has not changed my view of the service. Lastly, I received an email stating we were owed a refund due to the deal not proceeding, but the amount refunded was less than expected. I truly believe they lack the necessary competence and would advise others to steer clear.
