If I could give this service a zero, I would. It's a complete scam. I placed my order in October, and they claim it was delivered on November 24, stating it was picked up at the 'postal facility.' However, I have a mailbox at home, and there's no tracking information for any specific carrier like USPS or FedEx. This is definitely a scam.
