I was charged for the item, then noticed an additional charge (larger then the original price). I inquired about and was told they knew nothing. I got tracking updates but when it arrived in Canada the updates stopped. After the updates stopped there was no virtues communication. It's been 2 months as I write thus review. Totally scam
