I ordered 2 pairs of Beats headphones back on November 30, 2025 and have NEVER received them and it’s now February 11, 2026. I haven’t received any emails or messages regarding my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT’S A FRAUD
Pretty much con artists. VIP delivery? Took probably 6 weeks. Airbus keychain? Fat chance we’ll send you a boeing one.Fix our mistake? No chance. I asked to be sent the correct item and they refuse. They go on to say have tried their best to resolve the issue and want to give me US$5 as “all the compensation they can offer”.Stay away from these clowns.
I was charged for the item, then noticed an additional charge (larger then the original price). I inquired about and was told they knew nothing. I got tracking updates but when it arrived in Canada the updates stopped. After the updates stopped there was no virtues communication. It's been 2 months as I write thus review. Totally scam
I ordered an item there. After 4 weeks of waiting a different item finally arrived. My complaints are answered rude and repeating that the correct item is sent to me. No chance to get through. Advice: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE!
I ordered an item and paid the VIP postal fee, hoping it would be delivered within days as promised. I received it over a month later and it was the wrong item. The replies to my email are ridiculous and they offer me a $3 compensation towards the return postage fee to China. Save yourself the hassle and do not purchase anything from them, you are going to lose you money.
