I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Imoporfv Learning, and I would not recommend it to anyone. What should have been a simple orientation ended up taking over an hour due to constant technical issues. I was forced to interact with a chatbot that wasn’t helpful, and I had to call tech support multiple times just to try to move forward.
The system repeatedly made me scan my face—at least 30 times during orientation alone—and answer the same “secret question” over and over again, sometimes 5–10 times in a row, just because it wouldn’t advance to the next chapter. On top of that, the platform constantly logged me out or reset my progress, forcing me to restart chapters I had already completed.
When I finally got to chapter two, the exact same issues happened again, requiring more calls to support. By that point, I had scanned my face over 60 times and still hadn’t made it past chapter five. It was exhausting and completely unreasonable for what should be a straightforward course.
At one point, I answered a security question incorrectly out of sheer fatigue, and after scanning my face yet again, my account was locked. I was then told I had to restart the entire course from the beginning. This was after spending four hours dealing with glitches, freezes, and constant interruptions.
What makes this worse is that the company claims strict rules tied to NY State and DMV requirements, yet their own support team had no problem manually marking unfinished chapters as complete so I could move forward earlier. So clearly, exceptions can be made when it suits them—but not when it would actually help the user.
Despite having records of my calls, knowing my device, and being in contact with me the entire time, they still refused to let me resume where I left off. The platform is unreliable, overly complicated, and incredibly frustrating to use. This experience was a complete waste of time.
