Previously used IMPROV, 2 years ago but recently received a message from IMPROV that my driver's safety certificate had expired, and my discount was stopped on my insurance with Geico. I had paid up my insurance just days before and the discount was in force. I contacted a different company for testing and completed it only to find out IMPROV lied, trying to make me pay for retesting when it was not due. I will never use IMPROV again. 10/28/25 Their explanation was unacceptable and continues to look like they are using scare tactics to get elderly drivers to sign and pay for courses they do not need, under the guise of a "glitch" in their system.
