The defensive driving course was completed in January. We are in October. GEICO still has not received it. I have spent numerous calls and many emails to resolve. They keep lying saying it was sent to me and GEICO. And then lie saying they sent it again when neither me nor GEICO received it after while. So money and hours were spent on a course that no discount was received for. GEICO already advise discounts will not be retroactive to when the course was competed so money was lost. I hope to get compensation for my time wasted, discounts lost, and their overall incompetence. But I won’t hold my breath. My hope is at some point being able to get the certificate so we can at least get a little bit of a discount. Then obviously never using this incompetent and dishonest driving school again. STAY AWAY!
