Completed course 1 month ago, never sent me the completion certificate, sent email no response, clicked on chat AI was useless, tried to call number provided in email number was disconnected, clicked on call link did not work either, now I wasted the time taking the course and I cannot get certificate so I can't get discount with my insurance company, I would avoid this course don't waste your money
