I am two weeks in using this. I started at about level 25 and and am now at my target level. How I did this was to increase slowly every three minutes. Currently now I start at level 35 and increase in every two minutes until I reach my target. I am now able to sleep through the night without having to get up to pee. Before Innovo I would get up on average of two times each night. I can't wait to see how much more improvement I will see in the next two weeks.👍
