Also had high hopes for the Innovo being effective and to some extent, 7 weeks in, things are improving . However on reading some of the recent reviews I’m relieved to see I’m not the only one who has been having problems with the innovo. Some days it works well and I can get through a session with no interruptions but on others the session is constantly interrupted by error messages ( usually no 3 pad). I’ve tried varying my position - finding that standing is usually best, bit it’s tiresome standing in one position for 30mins. When using the reclining position the problems with error messages seem to be worse - and the sensations can actually be very painful even if on low - and are like sharp electric shocks which make me jump and which really hurt - and I end up feeling very stressed. I’ve nearly used a bottle of the electrode solution spray already- so wouldn’t think the problem is because the pads aren’t making contact with my skin.
