Refund request still pending

I requested a refund back in April, and I still haven't received it. They claim they are waiting for the money to be returned from the driving instructor before processing my refund. Unfortunately, that's not how refunds work; I'm only asking for the 8 unused hours. Stay away if you want to avoid incompetence and dishonesty!
