BEWARE This company is a SCAM .We paid for a 6 hour course for my daughter to include her test in July still nothing the office is now shut till March Wonder why that is ???. DO NOT WASTE your money on this company .

I spent over £1,200 on this course

I spent over £1,200 on this course, and nearly two years later, I still haven't received a test date. This completely undermines the idea of an “intensive” course. The process is painfully slow, and while they are quick to collect your payment, their support afterward is lacking. I’m still trying to get a test scheduled, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Honestly, it doesn't even deserve a star.

Extremely dissatisfied with this service

I wish I could give this service a lower rating. Avoid this company unless you have money to waste. A week of annual leave was completely squandered; the instructor was either late or didn’t show up, leaving my daughter without support. She has been trying to get a refund for the unused hours for six months. Although a refund was approved in September, another representative refused to process it. The customer service is terrible, and I cannot recommend this service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! This organization is a complete joke. During my course, my instructor was either late to every lesson or canceled at the last minute. I requested a refund six months ago, and despite it being authorized with proof, I still haven't received it and have been ignored since. This company clearly operates as a scam, and I’m not the only one facing these issues. The customer service team has been the worst I’ve ever encountered.

Daughter's driving test experience

After nearly a year of trying to secure a test, they managed to get one booked within 12 weeks, although I had to follow up myself and find a driving instructor. Initially, my daughter wasn't happy with the instructor, and while I emailed for assistance, I didn’t receive a response. However, she pushed through, and in the end, everything went smoothly, and she passed her test. I would have rated this company a 5 if they had responded to my email and I hadn’t needed to chase them.

Lack of available instructors!

There are no instructors available! This is just another middleman company pretending to have instructors. They approach local instructors with unreasonably low offers while profiting off both the customer and the instructor. AVOID THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES - STICK TO LOCAL OPTIONS.

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone

I genuinely wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It didn’t feel like a crash course since it stretched over several months. My instructor was very discouraging, making my driving experience stressful. When I tried to switch to an automatic, I was assigned yet another manual instructor. When I finally gave up and requested a refund, it took MONTHS of my constant follow-ups to get anywhere. I believe I should have received a larger refund since I didn’t complete the hours I was told I had due to the instructor's actions. While the staff I spoke to were nice, they lacked the authority to assist me, and reaching someone who could help was difficult. Overall, my experience with this company was very poor.

Concerns eased after reading reviews

After reading some reviews, I was a bit apprehensive, but our experience has been wonderful so far. We booked the theory test, and the support we've received has been excellent. They respond quickly to messages and managed to secure two tests for us in no time. I hope this positive trend continues throughout the process.

Refund request still pending

I requested a refund back in April, and I still haven't received it. They claim they are waiting for the money to be returned from the driving instructor before processing my refund. Unfortunately, that's not how refunds work; I'm only asking for the 8 unused hours. Stay away if you want to avoid incompetence and dishonesty!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Please take the time to explore other options. Read all the reviews, as they provide a true reflection of this company. My daughter booked without checking and ended up with no test, no lessons, and unsurprisingly, no refund. She has faced significant anxiety due to this company, which shows nothing but arrogance. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
