Unfortunately, I missed the first payment of £29.99 and have now lost £59.98. I tried to stop their subscription, which many would call a scam. I contacted my bank, and they stated they’ve blocked any further payments. I reported it as a scam, but they claimed the terms on the website prevent refunds. It's frustrating that, despite numerous complaints, no warnings are issued against payments to this company. I will be escalating this issue further.
