Beware. This is nothing but a scam. You sign up for 2x 50p for your IQ score ( which is rubbish) and they silently help themselves to £25 soon after. This is theft plain and simple and fools like me get robbed. I am now trapped in a subscription and will have to get the bank to investigate the miserable business.

Did a test and paid before the certificate was sent to me. I didn't subscribe to the service yet £29.99 was deducted from my account without me authorising it. I've emailed them for a refund which they said has been approved and would be processed once I send more details. I have sent the details they requested but I've neither heard back from them nor received the refund.
I signed up for the trial, paid the 0.50pm card check. Realised they had nothing I wanted or needed so I cancelled my subscription.
Months later I realized they'd been taking 9.99 a month for ages!
My attempts to communicate my issues and request for full refund were completely dismissed.
Then I posted a review on trust pilot giving them one star. They were in contact almost immediately apologizing and offering a full refund, which I received within 2 days.
Be very careful signing up to these things, they have complex policies that mostly leave you screwed! But sometimes perseverance pays off.
Their service is poor, customer service absolutely awful, but did accept my request after the bad review 🤷
Complete scam, I never subscribed tI only agreed to 50p payment to obtain the results of the Facebook Quiz. Once they have that you're subscribed.
Emailed may times for refund and cancel subscription. No Refund.
You pay £1 for a report which, if I remember correctly, was charged as 2 x 50p. What you don't know is that MyIQ has signed you up for a monthly subscription - what for, I don't know. So a few weeks later, £29.99 disappears from your bank account. I have blocked any further payments from my account and am now going to try to contact them for a refund. Something tells me I'm not going to be successful. Beware of the MyIQ scam!!

I would rate this service even lower if possible... I was presented with the option to receive my IQ test results for a small fee of 50 pence, which I thought was reasonable, and I paid via PayPal. However, I was shocked to receive an email from PayPal stating that I had "authorized a payment to the service for £29.99"! I am truly appalled! This feels incredibly deceitful and almost dishonest. Please avoid taking your IQ test through this service—there are many alternatives available that don't charge anything and won't automatically enroll you in a monthly subscription!
I was "hoodwinked" into a "subscription" when all I wanted was my score from the test I (foolishly) took (1/11/2026) of which I didn't mind "paying" a measly $1.00 for said results...fast forward to (exactly) a week later (1/18/2026) and I see a charge of $29.99 on my card from MyIQ...I have subsequently locked my card to prevent future transactions occurring from them!! also good luck trying to contact them...I am not going to give up..it's not so much the money..just the principle of them running an underhanded operation with deceptive methods...it screams SCAM!!! so Caveat Emptor!!!
