I ordered a prayer mat a thobe and a bracelet I paid for all of these items but I only received the prayer mat I have tried to contact them several times but I haven’t received any responseIn any case please do not use the name of religion for something so trivial you are selling low-quality products imported from China or elsewhere while charging very high prices what you are doing is unfair it’s honestly unacceptable.
I was so exited to receive my personalized prayer rug until it actually arrived! Not only did it take weeks to arrive, no problem but please don’t provide false advertising with “2 day delivery”. I ordered PURPLE and got BLUE! I’m so disgusted I wasted my money trying to support this online store. Next time I’ll stick to Temu.

Avoid this website at all costs. I placed an order and was promised that my items would be shipped, but they never arrived. When I contacted them about it, they tried to smooth things over by promising apology gifts — which also never showed up.Since then, I’ve sent multiple messages asking for updates and have been completely ignored. No items, no apology gifts, and absolutely no communication. It feels like once they take your money, they simply stop responding.This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Broken promises, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. I strongly recommend staying far away from this website unless you want to risk losing your money and being ignored.
Over Two Weeks Delivery?!? Now you’d be wondering why I’m complaining, but I paid for express delivery and contacted them to say I wanted my order to be high priority. Wanting the parcel within the week, is quite standard delivery getting it under the week is what express delivery should be. Told I would be high priority. Complaint No.1 Thought my order would be gift wrapped. Complain No.2 Thought my specialised Note would be included. Complaint No.3 Continuous ignorance from the social media staff, while they contacted other customers. Complaint No.3 When asked for a refund on the express delivery, and things I didn’t receive, which I paid for. I was offered barely anything. A mere 20% compared to the compensation for paying for a product and receiving nothing close to it.
