Truly awful service from this company

Truly awful service from this company. Hi, I've emailed them countless times since December regarding my order which was placed on the 14/12/25My Order number: 90404Tracking number: 9742484657Their customer service members Nour and Mariam keep saying the same thing which is:"As soon as I receive confirmation, I will get back to you right away with a clear status and next steps.Thank you so much for your patience, and once again I sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything else in the meantime, I’m here to help." This does not help me, as it's now been 1 month, and still no resolution. I still don't have my order, and I keep needing to chase them rather than the compamy have any courtesy or care to contact the customer. It's not very great customer service experience with the company at all. ☹️ I've even asked for a refund as there's been no update on my order, and have received no response from the company. Incredibly appalling behaviour. Please avoid, don't even have faith in trusting the few good reviews on here, because you'll just be out of pocket from misplaced faith.
