The service from this company has been remarkably unsatisfactory.Hello, I've reached out to them numerous times since December about my order placed on 12/14/25.Order Number: 90404Tracking ID: 9742484657Their support agents, Nour and Mariam, consistently provide the same message:I'll update you promptly once I receive confirmation, outlining the status and next steps. I appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Feel free to contact me if you need further assistance; I'm here to help.This response offers no assistance, as a month has passed with no resolution. My order is still undelivered, and I've had to persistently follow up without any proactive communication or concern from the company. It's a disappointing customer service experience overall. ☹️ I even requested a refund due to the lack of updates, but I received no reply. Such behavior is extremely disheartening. Avoid this company; don't be misled by positive reviews here, as you may end up regretting your misplaced trust.

I placed my order long time ago.Not delivered yet. I only received wrong items. I tried to contact their customers service but as expected no response yet. I will definitely be happy to pay more for the same item to avoid buying from them.

I’m giving them one star on communication. I’ve placed an order and I received parts of it but the dates have not arrived. It’s the second time I’ve experienced this. Potentially because we’re not regulars, we don’t receive the same customer service.

Placed order on 06/01/2026 that still has not been delivered. I have contacted MyJam via both Whatsapp and email without success. I have ordered from them several times in the past without a problem, but the lack of communication and customer service this time is horrendous.

Truly awful service from this company. Hi, I've emailed them countless times since December regarding my order which was placed on the 14/12/25My Order number: 90404Tracking number: 9742484657Their customer service members Nour and Mariam keep saying the same thing which is:"As soon as I receive confirmation, I will get back to you right away with a clear status and next steps.Thank you so much for your patience, and once again I sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything else in the meantime, I’m here to help." This does not help me, as it's now been 1 month, and still no resolution. I still don't have my order, and I keep needing to chase them rather than the compamy have any courtesy or care to contact the customer. It's not very great customer service experience with the company at all. ☹️ I've even asked for a refund as there's been no update on my order, and have received no response from the company. Incredibly appalling behaviour. Please avoid, don't even have faith in trusting the few good reviews on here, because you'll just be out of pocket from misplaced faith.

Worst delivery experience..they changed…

Worst delivery experience..they changed the company to DHL and the window of the delivery was 11 am to 8:00 pm and the order came 9:30 pm! Boxes were torn, food was out of it…not properly packed …the frozen food were defrosted Missing items from the order and no clear communication Difficult to reach any of the customer service they never tell you if anything is missing …quality is variable every time For sure won’t use them again …tried them several times and they always disappoint me
