As a tradesman, I purchased £140 worth of credit last June but couldn't use it due to personal circumstances. Unfortunately, after six months of inactivity, the credit is lost as per their terms. What’s frustrating is that they don’t send out any warning emails about this policy, and there’s no mention in their terms about recovering the unused credit. It’s crucial for all tradespeople to be aware of this; if life gets in the way and you can't use the credit, it’s simply taken away without any notice. They seem to prioritize their terms over customer care. I strongly advise against using their services, and if you do, be mindful of this issue.
