I have been using MyJobQuote for 3 months, giving them a fair trial, but the reality is shocking: out of dozens of leads, I only managed to get ONE potential customer. This platform is a trap for hardworking professionals.
My recent experience with a lead (Job ID: JQ-CDZVHWWX-QYY9JU) was the final straw. The level of deception from their support is mind-blowing. I provided documented evidence that the customer was unreachable via four different channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Phone). Despite this, their support agent, Melanie, had the audacity to claim the customer was "contactable" in one email, then contradicted herself in the next by saying "no response counts as a rejection."
It is clear their support team is 0/1,000,000 in terms of quality. They are unqualified, they hide behind "protocols" to protect the money they steal from tradespeople, and they send "copy-paste" responses that ignore logic and evidence.
My Advice to Fellow Pros:
Do not waste your hard-earned money on these scammers. 99% of their leads feel fake or "dead." If you want real results, invest your budget in Facebook Ads—it is a legitimate, legal, and professional platform where you actually have control.
MyJobQuote is nothing more than an "introduction service" that introduces you to ghosts and then refuses to take responsibility. STAY AWAY.

I am writing this to warn fellow tradespeople about the deceptive practices of MyJobQuote. I purchased a lead (Job ID: JQ-CDZVHWWX-QYY9JU) and attempted to contact the customer through four separate channels: WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Phone. The customer was completely unreachable from the second the lead was purchased.
The blatant contradiction in their support is shameful:
In their first response, they claimed the customer was "contactable and with intent."
In the following email, they refused a refund by stating that "a lack of response counts as a quote rejection."
How can a lead be "contactable" if they never respond to a single message or call? You cannot have it both ways. Selling a lead where the contact details are effectively dead, and then hiding behind "Terms and Conditions" to justify keeping the fee, is a clear lack of integrity.
I have documented every single failed contact attempt and the conflicting statements from their support agent, Melanie. It is disappointing to see a platform that claims to support tradespeople actually profiting from invalid leads and refusing to acknowledge clear evidence.
I will be sharing these screenshots and the full email chain on professional trade forums and social media to ensure others don't lose their hard-earned money to such inconsistent "introduction services."
Total lack of transparency. Disgraceful service.

Then I got cold-called by the site, asking why I hadn't accepted! I've been bombarded with emails by the site, hit unsubscribe every time yet more keep arriving. Have blocked and reported spam. No sensible firm behaves like this.

Disappointing Experience with Unused Credit

As a tradesman, I purchased £140 worth of credit last June but couldn't use it due to personal circumstances. Unfortunately, after six months of inactivity, the credit is lost as per their terms. What’s frustrating is that they don’t send out any warning emails about this policy, and there’s no mention in their terms about recovering the unused credit. It’s crucial for all tradespeople to be aware of this; if life gets in the way and you can't use the credit, it’s simply taken away without any notice. They seem to prioritize their terms over customer care. I strongly advise against using their services, and if you do, be mindful of this issue.
