Review Title: Avoid MyJobQuote – Contradictory Support & Charging for "Dead" Leads

I am writing this to warn fellow tradespeople about the deceptive practices of MyJobQuote. I purchased a lead (Job ID: JQ-CDZVHWWX-QYY9JU) and attempted to contact the customer through four separate channels: WhatsApp, SMS, Email, and Phone. The customer was completely unreachable from the second the lead was purchased.
The blatant contradiction in their support is shameful:
In their first response, they claimed the customer was "contactable and with intent."
In the following email, they refused a refund by stating that "a lack of response counts as a quote rejection."
How can a lead be "contactable" if they never respond to a single message or call? You cannot have it both ways. Selling a lead where the contact details are effectively dead, and then hiding behind "Terms and Conditions" to justify keeping the fee, is a clear lack of integrity.
I have documented every single failed contact attempt and the conflicting statements from their support agent, Melanie. It is disappointing to see a platform that claims to support tradespeople actually profiting from invalid leads and refusing to acknowledge clear evidence.
I will be sharing these screenshots and the full email chain on professional trade forums and social media to ensure others don't lose their hard-earned money to such inconsistent "introduction services."
Total lack of transparency. Disgraceful service.
