When I first explained that I was scared & wanted to cancel my subscription, a 'Liv' replied, insisting that I couldn't do that because of the 'small print'.
At no point did she reassure me, offer comfort, advice or anything else, but merely stood firm on the legal aspect. I think that is very poor 'service' indeed. I was vulnerable, scared & simply needed a human to reassure me.
Because of her insistence that I must pay for the full 6 months regardless, I reluctantly decided to carry on with the subscription & inject the first pen. I had to pay, so what choice did I have?; that was my thinking.
Then a 'Ken' got involved. I don't know why, & I'm guessing he didn't read my full emailed reply to Liv, but he then cancelled my subscription! (..again, without any real support or advice). Well, as I've explained, I had somewhat reluctantly decided to continue, so I did not want it cancelled. So now I had to email HIM & tell him that I wanted it reinstated!
This time, a 'Janelle' responded (not the continuity one would hope for!). But she did kindly reinstated the subscription without a fuss.
So on with Wegovy I go.. but, at no time were my fears & issues addressed. Where was my support?
