Avoid, signs up to my juniper as I needed to loose some weight, got my first delivery the pen is broken the top is jammed and won’t set to zero, emailed back and fourth consistently only to keep getting ‘how to’ emails on using the pen which wasn’t user error, so as it was my first time asked for a refund and cancellation which under uk laws I’m eligible, yet I’m told I can’t because I’ve signed up for 6 month term and they won’t replace the pen either, so they essentially want me to pay extreme amounts for an mobile app with no mediation and no customer support. I’ve meticulously followed their email instructions only to keep getting AI responses about they can’t replace it and can’t cancel it and can’t give a refund so I can go elsewhere. So having to now go through my bank to cancel any further payments and retract my money from them and force a refund. Awful company go with someone else, also just to note after them getting in contact again, they seem to think uk consumer laws are optional and not law.
Terrible experience. I signed up to a 3 month plan. Payment was due a few days ago. I keep getting messages saying payment has failed, though there are sufficient funds. I tried a different card, but the app will not add a different card. Various emails back and forth and they still have not resolved and I am now left without medication and they will
Not let me cancel. Distressing experience
Using Juniper and their weight loss medication and education has been instrumental in me losing over eight stone. Within six months I have reached wait where I felt so much better and after 12 months I got down to a regularBMI. I’m now comfortably within the perfect MMU range and I have hit my target weight. I’m so pleased with Juniper and I know I could not have done this without them. Thank you.

I got quick response, good communication and very pleased about the way they where thorough with my medication review, they made sure I had no problems using the product before I was accepted, for a certain medication I take they wanted proof of blood results.
This made me feel confident about
using the product.
Juniper are like having your own medical, emotional support and encouragement team. They are not only so helpful with any queries regarding the actual medication itself but also they are there for any questions about your health, diet, progress - in fact anything!
When I first explained that I was scared & wanted to cancel my subscription, a 'Liv' replied, insisting that I couldn't do that because of the 'small print'.
At no point did she reassure me, offer comfort, advice or anything else, but merely stood firm on the legal aspect. I think that is very poor 'service' indeed. I was vulnerable, scared & simply needed a human to reassure me.
Because of her insistence that I must pay for the full 6 months regardless, I reluctantly decided to carry on with the subscription & inject the first pen. I had to pay, so what choice did I have?; that was my thinking.
Then a 'Ken' got involved. I don't know why, & I'm guessing he didn't read my full emailed reply to Liv, but he then cancelled my subscription! (..again, without any real support or advice). Well, as I've explained, I had somewhat reluctantly decided to continue, so I did not want it cancelled. So now I had to email HIM & tell him that I wanted it reinstated!
This time, a 'Janelle' responded (not the continuity one would hope for!). But she did kindly reinstated the subscription without a fuss.
So on with Wegovy I go.. but, at no time were my fears & issues addressed. Where was my support?

The services and the app are excellent, everything is monitored even what you eat, the injections come at the prescribed time, I have not had any side effects since I started the treatment, I feel much better after losing almost 8 kg in just 3 months, I tried to eat normally, in fact, to taste everything, not to make a strict program following the 3 main meals. Weight loss programme gojng really well, but on on holiday - I left my Wegovy in the fridge in a hotel in LA USA. Couldn’t get it Uber’d or Fed X’d. Not able to get it replaced - my fault, but no solution :(
