I’ve meticulously followed their email instructions only to keep getting AI responses about they can’t replace it and can’t cancel it and can’t give a refund so I can go elsewhere. So having to now go through my bank to cancel any further payments and retract my money from them and force a refund. Awful company go with someone else, also just to note after them getting in contact again, they seem to think uk consumer laws are optional and not law.
