I signed up for a three month subscription but during the second month I got a notice from my doctor / hospital (for reninal stenosis) telling me that a date for a small operation had come up in around a months time. I didn’t want to be taking this medication while in hospital and actually I could not. When I signed up I was under the impression that if my health changed or if I had to be in hospital I could cancel the subscription. When I tried to cancel they just told me that they didn’t look into my health issue even though they asked for my gp contact and they didn’t consider my current issues reason to cancel my subscription and they would charge me for the last month even though I would not take the medication. I feel they are unprofessional and just want to make as much Money as possible. Their app is badly designed. I am a man and they know that but the first thing I see when I open the app is a message about how this medicine is great for women.
