I’m really disappointed with my experience.
I’ve placed several orders with this brand in good faith, but unfortunately I’ve had issues more than once. The quality of the products has been very poor, which is extremely frustrating as a returning customer.
What’s most disappointing is not just the issues themselves, but how they’ve been handled. After everything, I was refused a refund to my original payment method and only offered store credit instead.
Because of this, I cannot recommend purchasing from this brand. The overall experience and product quality have not met expectations, and it has seriously affected my trust in the company.
I understand companies have policies, but customer loyalty and repeated issues should also be taken into account. Sadly, this experience has made me think twice about ordering again.
