I'm really disappointed in the printing of the names on the charms on the Lena toggle bracelet. They're virtually unreadable and look nothing like the photo on the site. It was a gift for my mom's 90th. I won't buy anything from this company again.
This company is a scam. My boyfriend paid almost $200 on a bracelet for Xmas. He ordered it in August and it barely came in in time for Xmas. When he gave it to me, it immediately broke in my hands and when I looked closer was very tarnished. I contacted them and they said they won’t refund me (even with the warranty) but will send a replacement. The replacement was even more tarnished than the original, looking almost black. They still won’t give him the money back. Total waste of $200 and horrible customer service
I received my necklace yesterday and it is not what I ordered. I was never sent a confirmation with an order number nor was there a packing slip. I have sent a couple of e-mails to the company but have not heard back.
I placed an order for a necklace for $94.58 on December 10, but did not receive it by the expected delivery date. After reaching out via email, I was informed that the shipment was held up due to an incorrect address. I provided the correct address, yet the package was still not delivered. They advised me to contact the shipping service directly, which revealed that the package had been returned to their facility in Thailand since January 10. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they only offered to let me handle the shipment issue or receive a gift card for future purchases. This order has been poorly managed for over a month, leaving me feeling cheated out of my $94.
I would rate this experience zero stars if I could. I placed an order for a necklace weeks ago and was expecting it to arrive last week. It has yet to be delivered, despite paying for expedited shipping. Additionally, customer support has ceased all communication. I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this service.
After an unreasonable delay and failure to deliver the order on time, and following multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the order finally arrived late, coinciding with a time when we were away due to the holidays. To make matters worse, we found that the name engraved on the item was incorrect. 😑 I honestly don’t know where to start with this situation or how such negligence could occur. Is it fair for customers to be treated with such indifference and carelessness regarding their money, emotions, time, and orders? Was this order meant to be free? Did I somehow expect it without payment? Isn’t it your fundamental duty to accept payment in return for a professional service, accurate execution, timely delivery, and proper fulfillment of customer needs? I have never felt such a level of disrespect in my life as I have from your service. I also take some of the blame for not heeding the negative feedback about you and putting my trust solely in your promises, never anticipating this level of negligence and disarray. Regrettably, there are no words that can adequately convey the depth of my anger and frustration regarding this experience.
I received a ring for my first child, and I am really unhappy with the quality. It scratches and tarnishes very easily. I adhered to all the care guidelines, like taking it off before washing and storing it separately from other jewelry. Despite being careful, it tarnished quickly with just everyday use. I would recommend saving your money; it's not worth it.
I was convinced by the claim that it was refundable, but when I attempted to return it, I was informed it couldn't be returned. I ended up paying an extra $90 for an additional charm/bead that looks quite different from the others. It was intended as a gift, but I'm too embarrassed to give it due to the overall poor quality. There’s no phone number available to discuss my issues, and email responses have been very slow or nonexistent. I hope someone sees this review and reaches out to resolve the problem.
I came here to share my experience and noticed many others have similar complaints. I placed an order on November 17, expecting 'Christmas Delivery Guaranteed,' but now it's Christmas Day and there hasn't been any update on the tracking since December 4. It seems to have been stuck for 21 days. They offered a coupon, but that's not helpful since I won't be shopping here again. I dislike being negative, but these orders are expensive. It's unfair to guarantee something to customers if there's a chance it won't be fulfilled.
I placed my order on 12-7, and the advertisement promised delivery by Christmas! Unfortunately, that did not occur! Now, the tracking information indicates it won't arrive until 12-29! I haven't received any updates since it was marked as shipped, which seems to be inaccurate!
