I had a concern about the shipping speed and it was handled immediately and professionally.The remote start was just as described. The plug and play was wonderful. It was install by a 16 year old in less than two hours. The first night after it was installed, we woke up to -17 degree weather. The car started right up. Our daughter is still getting the hang of starting it with her key fob. For some reason she puts her car into panic mode and we haven't figured out why. Her father and I don't have that problem so it is not the fob or install, just her fingers.I highly recommend this company and their product!
