Their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with my sample pack and could not get them to spray. It turns out, with the help of my daughter, that I was not pushing down hard enough on the spray top. I am a little "heavy handed" and I was afraid I was going to break the glass. Their customer service emailed-responded back with a couple of hours and had another order ready to send to me. When I responded back that it was my fault and I simply did not press hard enough, they were so kind and understanding. I could not have asked them to be any more accommodating than they were.
