I received the wrong item. So, I sent an email to Kit•sch telling them and within an hour they answered me back, sent out the correct item, and told me to keep the wrong item. Their customer service is outstanding and I will order again!
I have loved kitsch products for years but my last experience has cinched the deal that I will forever be a customer. I was accidentally sent the wrong item, so I emailed to let them know. Within 10 minutes of my original email, Jessica responded and had my corrected item expedited to me! They also told me to keep the incorrect item (which I actually LOVE) so it was just a great experience all around:) I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company that makes it so easy! Great products and AMAZING customer service!
My experience with Kitsch was a very pleasant one…I had a few questions so I emailed them and they promptly clarified some things after I had placed an order…their customer service is second to none…stay the way u r, Kitsch!!!!
I placed my order in January and caught a great sale so I went a little crazy but I’m so glad I did. I am loving the shampoo and conditioner bars because I have Type 3 curly hair and it’s always so hard to get a naturally curly look without the frizz, but these products have really made a difference. I recommend getting the mesh bags too, especially the body bag because it definitely exfoliates your skin. The air cream makes styling so simple & a little goes a long way. Even their customer service is fantastic. I had one small error with my order that was resolved so fast. I really appreciate a business that stands behind their customer service. I will definitely be ordering more and telling my friends about Kitsch.
I spotted an ad for some fun pillowcases featuring my spouse's favorite movie. Quality of product (now that it has finally arrived) meets average expectations.
Issue is with shipping surcharges and non-responsive customer service.
I paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure arrival before an upcoming holiday. The checkout system said regular shipping might arrive in 3 days, but paying the expedited upcharge would ensure arrival in 2-3 days. It took 8 days to arrive, thus making my gift 4 days late. :(
When i inquired because the package hadn't arrived by the holiday, the only response was to to point me to a tracking number with a non-apology saying it was DHL'S fault. i politely asked for a refund of the expedited shipping upcharge, since obviously the box wasn't expedited. I'm still waiting for a reply 4 days later.
This doesn't seem a trustworthy store. Certainly you should not expect on-time delivery
Great customer service! I had an issue with my first delivery but they were quick to respond and remedy the situation. I’m in customer service and this was phenomenal in my opinion. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to try all the products I ordered.
Their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with my sample pack and could not get them to spray. It turns out, with the help of my daughter, that I was not pushing down hard enough on the spray top. I am a little "heavy handed" and I was afraid I was going to break the glass. Their customer service emailed-responded back with a couple of hours and had another order ready to send to me. When I responded back that it was my fault and I simply did not press hard enough, they were so kind and understanding. I could not have asked them to be any more accommodating than they were. Thanks!!
My package got lost and I had to go and get another present so I asked for a refund. They refunded my money immediatly and were very professional about it. They have my gratitude for that!!
Kitsch is so great with such wonderful products. Have bought everything from pillow cases to hair products. Customer service is exceptional too, especially Rowena. I needed assistance and she was awesome!!! 🤩 Quick response; helpful and courteous!
I had an issue with the item I ordered the sat nowhere for about seven days just said label created and it was a present for somebody , so I contacted customer service and was just gonna cancel the order since it was gonna be super late. And customer service went above and beyond found out what was going on and that it actually had been shipped , they just hadn't updated. They even gave me a little bit of an extra discount for my inconvenience.And for being a good customer , they also was very quick to answer all the emails and information that I needed.so I highly recommend just based on the customer service alone, which is rare these days.
